A) Data you provide

• Contact form: name, e-mail and optionally a phone number
• Type of event, provisional date and the text of your message
• Any further information you volunteer in our correspondence

B) Data collected automatically

• IP address, browser and device type
• Approximate location (city or region), timestamps and pages visited
• Analytics and interaction data collected via cookies (see section 6)

3. Why we process your data

• Answering date enquiries and preparing quotations
• Planning and running a wedding, ceremony, celebration or corporate event
• Operating and securing the website
• Measuring traffic and improving the content of the site (with your consent only)
• Advertising and remarketing (with your consent only)

5. Payments

This website does not accept or process payments and stores no payment card data. Payment terms are agreed separately in the venue hire agreement.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We group them into three categories.

Necessary cookies

Keep the site working — language choice, navigation and submission of the contact form. They cannot be switched off and need no consent.

Analytics cookies

Help us understand how visitors use the site. The data is anonymous and aggregated. Activated only after your consent.

Marketing cookies

Used to display relevant advertising and measure its effectiveness. Activated only after your consent.

Third-party content

The contact page embeds a Google Maps frame. Once loaded, Google may set its own cookies and process your IP address under its own privacy terms.

Managing your preferences

You can change or withdraw consent for the optional categories at any time through the cookie settings panel or in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may limit how the site works.

7. Who we share data with

We share personal data only as far as necessary with:

• Hosting and technical operation providers
• The e-mail delivery provider that forwards enquiries from the contact form
• The catering company and other event suppliers — only as needed to deliver the event
• Public authorities, where required by law

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

8. International transfers

Some providers (for example Google) process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or equivalent safeguards.

9. Retention

• Enquiry and correspondence data: up to 36 months from the last contact, unless the law requires longer
• Security and operational logs: up to 6 months
• Accounting records: for the statutory retention period
• Analytics and marketing data: per the retention settings of the respective tool

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access your personal data
• have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
• have your data erased (the "right to be forgotten")
• restrict processing
• object to processing based on legitimate interests
• data portability in a structured, machine-readable format
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (section 14)

11. Children

This site is not aimed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. The digital age of consent in Slovakia is 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected a child’s data, contact us and we will delete it without delay.

12. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure — access control, least privilege, secure hosting and ongoing monitoring.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, technology or our services. Material changes will be marked by a new effective date at the top of this page.
